Admin — assign key holders
Pick who has the keys for a given date. Only these names show up in that date's opening dropdown, so a reward claim can only come from someone who actually had the keys.

Admin — manage employee list
One employee per line, as employee ID, name. Saving replaces the whole list.
Admin — reset an entry
Deletes one employee's saved punch-in for a date so they can rescan and resubmit. Requires the reset passcode.
Admin — reset ALL data
This wipes every punch record, screenshot-fraud log, and key-holder assignment — for every employee, every date. The employee list itself is kept. This cannot be undone.
Entries are saved to a shared database, so every device that opens this page sees the same log — this isn't limited to one browser or one artifact session.
